Cell division is an essential process for an organism creation, growth, and repair and also to replace old, dead, or damaged cells. In human bodies, nearly TWO trillion cells divide every day.

In recent years, there has been a great deal of attention toward the field of FREE RADICAL chemistry.

To fully understand Free Radicals, we have to look very closely into the molecules that make up our cells. Our body’s molecules, such as DNA and proteins, are made up of particles held together by pair of electrons. Electrons are the most stable when they are in pairs, so these atoms, called free radicals, scavenge the body to seek out other electrons so they can become a pair.

So, it is too bad that Free Radicals sometimes end up in our cells. They may steal an electron from whatever they bump into, turning their victim into a free radical that can go on to harm another set of cells.

Ingredient General Description

CHOKEBERRY (Aronia Melanocarpa)

Black Chokeberry is a wild berry that grows on the eastern side of North America in wetlands and swamp areas as well as some parts of Europe. The berry is high in vitamins and Antioxidants, including various Polyphones – compounds that are believed to mop up the harmful by-products of normal cell activity. In health supplements and drinks, it is often sold as Aronia.

Black Chokeberry (Aronia melanocarpa) have a high content of Polyphenols, Anthocyanins, and possesses one of the highest Antioxidant activities among plant species and garners one of the highest scores in Oxygen Radical Absorption Capacity (ORAC) among all berries and fruits currently known.

POLYPHENOLS in Aronia Melanocarpa:

Polyphenols act as Antioxidants. They protect cells and body chemicals against damage caused by free radicals, reactive atoms that contribute to tissue damage in the body. For example, when low-density lipoprotein (LDL) cholesterol is oxidized, it can become glued to arteries and cause coronary heart diseases.

Polyphenols can also block the action of enzymes that cancers need for growth, and they can deactivate substances that promote the growth of cancers. The polyphenol most strongly associated with cancer prevention is Epigallocatechin-3-gallate or EGCG.

Cancer Fighting Polyphenols (CFP) – Six (6) Epigenetic knockout punches against Cancers:

  1. First knockout punch mechanism – Down regulation of expression of NF-kappaB: CFPs downregulate the expression of the pro-inflammatory intermediary NF-kappaB.  Cancer cells proliferate most readily in a pro-inflammatory environment and find anti-inflammatory environments hostile.
  2. Second knockout punch mechanism – CFPs creates stress and stress signalling in cells: In cancer cells which are relatively deregulated to start with, the stress generated by CFP intake can be beyond the hormetic range, with the result being damage or death to the cancer cell.

Third knockout punch mechanism – HDAC inhibition which reactivates tumor suppressor genes: CFPs act as HDAC inhibitors or HATs (histone deacetylase inhibitors or histone acetyltransferases).  Expression of protective pro-apoptotic genes like P53 and P21 is turned on in acetylated cancer cells while it is usually turned off in deacetylated cancer cells.  So, sensing self-damage, acetylated cancer cells are more likely to terminate themselves via apoptotic death.
  4. Fourth knockout punch mechanism – Impact on DNA repair machinery: For the same reasons related to both non-hormetic oxidative stress and histone acetylation, cancer cells in an acetylated state are more likely to experience damage to their DNA repair machinery.
  5. Fifth knockout punch mechanism – Impact of CFPs on Messenger Ribonucleic Acids (mRNAs): Messenger ribonucleic acids (mRNAs) transfer the information from DNA to the cell machinery that makes proteins. CFPs act on mRNAs, enhancing their tumor suppressor and oncogenic blocking capacities.
  6. Sixth knockout punch mechanism – CFPs inhibit DNA methyltransferases (DNMT) in cancer cells, thus blocking the methylation and inactivation of tumor suppressor genes in cancers.

 

ANTHOCYANINS in Aronia Melanocarpa:

Anthocyanins are a type of flavonoid, a class of compounds with an antioxidant effects. Found naturally in some foods, anthocyanins are the pigments that give red, purple, and blue plants their rich coloring. In addition to acting as antioxidants and fighting free radicals, anthocyanins may offer anti-inflammatory, anti-viral, and anti-cancer benefits.

Aronia Melanocarpa fruits are one of the richest plant sources of phenolic substances, mainly Anthocyanins – glycosides of cyaniding or commonly known as Vitamin B-17.

 

VITAMIN B-17

The Cancer cell has an enzyme, beta-glucosidase, which, when it comes contact eith nitrilosides, converts those nitrilosides into two molecules of glucose, one molecule of Benzaldehyde and one molecule of Hydrogen Cyanide. Both Benzaldehyde and Hydrogen Cyanide are toxic to the Cancer cell.

So, how does Vitamin B-17 kill cancer?

First, we need to understand that our body uses several enzymes to perform many tasks. Our body has one particular enzyme called Rhodanese which is found in large quantities throughout the body but is not present wherever there are cancer cells. Yet, wherever you find cancer in the body, you find another enzyme called Beta-Glucosidase. So, we have the enzyme Rhodanese found everywhere in the body except at the cancer cells, and we have the enzyme Beta-Glucosidase found in very large quantities only at the cancer cells but can’t be found anywhere else in the body. if there is no cancer, there is no Beta-Glucosidase.

Now, the following is what scares most of people. You see, Vitamin B17 is made up of two parts glucose, one part Hydrogen Cyanide and one part Benzaldehyde (analgesic/painkiller).

So it is very important to understand the following:

When B17 is introduced into the body, it is broken down by the enzyme Rhodanese. It breaks the Hydrogen Cyanide and Benzaldehyde down into two by-products, Thiocyanate and Benzoic Acid which are beneficial in nourishing healthy cells and forms the metabolic pool production for Vitamin B-12.

Any excess of these by-products is expelled in the normal fashion from the body via urine. Vitamin B-17 passes through your body and does not last longer than 80 minutes in your body as a result of the Rhodanese breaking it down.

HERE IS THE GOOD PART:

When Vitamin B-17 comes into contact with cancer cells, there is no Rhodanese to break it down and neutralize it but instead, only the enzyme Beta-Glucosidase is present in very large quantities. When Vitamin B17 and Beta-Glucosidase come into contact with each other, a chemical reaction occurs and the Hydrogen Cyanide and Benzaldehyde combine synergistically to produce a poison which destroys and kills the cancer cells.

This whole process is known as “Selective Toxicity”. Only the cancer cells are specifically targeted and destroyed.

Overall, there are no reports yet on the product, ULTIMA 17. However, you may need those dose adjustments or special tests when taking this food supplement with medications.

Each content may or may have side effects and drug interactions on its own that needs to be used in precaution.

The contents of Aronia berries lower blood sugar in people with Diabetes. Diabetes medications are also used to lower blood sugar. Taking ULTIMA 17 along with Diabetes medications might cause your blood sugar to go too low. Monitor your blood sugar closely, the dose of your Diabetes medication might need to be changed.

Some medications used for Diabetes include Glimepiride (Amaryl), Glyburide (DiaBeta, Glynase PresTab, Micronase), Insulin, Pioglitazone (Actos), Rosiglitazone (Avandia), Chlorpropamide (Diabenese), Glipizide (Glucotrol), Tolbutamide (Orinase), and others.

In addition to this, if you are suffering from high blood pressure and already taking medication for the same, then it is advisable to take ULTIMA 17 in the recommended dosage or as prescribed by your health practitioners as high level of potassium in it might interfere with the blood pressure medication.
